Every stunning bathroom or kitchen starts with an idea, and the new, purpose-built Leonide Interiors showroom, fitted out with a stunning selection of styles, is a great place for inspiration.
Situated near the Bridge Inn on Spa Lane in Chesterfield, Leonide Interiors can make your imagination become a reality – whether it’s contemporary or classic, indulgent or invigorating, fun or functional – they can create the perfect bathroom or kitchen for any home.
The brainchild of experienced craftsman Paul Pearson, Leonide Interiors is the culmination of 20 years of supplying and fitting luxury fireplaces, kitchens and bathrooms both in Chesterfield and in the UK as a whole. The company’s success has been based on a passionate commitment to good design, intelligent engineering, craftsmanship, innovation and outstanding service.
Good design is intrinsic to every Leonide Interiors product. The period fireplaces are exact copies of antique originals whilst the contemporary fireplaces include the work of leading designers to reflect current trends in interior design.
Outstanding craftsmanship is in Paul’s blood. His father Roger is a renowned sculptor, whose marble chimney pieces have found their way into many prestigious homes and establishments in over 20 countries. Using traditional techniques in manufacturing, Paul offers labour-intensive and highly-skilled processes for which there is no substitute. Intelligent, passionate sculpting has become a hallmark of all Leonide Interiors’ products.
They say that home is where the heart is, and the bathroom is where all the stresses of the day are washed away and dreams are made. At Leonide Interiors, bathing has been transformed into the ultimate relaxation and design experience.
The showroom demonstrates the thoughtful, innovative and sympathetic approach to luxury bathroom, wetroom and shower design that the 20 year reputation has been built on – exactly the type of care and attention synonymous with a family business. Offering the highest quality, bespoke designs to suit individual requirements, the bathrooms on display combine German quality with Italian design and feature Keramag ceramic products, for which Leonide Interiors are exclusive suppliers in the area. The range has been carefully selected to suit a wide range of customer tastes, needs and budgets.
To complement the impressive Keramag range, only the finest quality Italian Carrara marble is used, which is ideal for sculpting and building décor. Paul oversees every project from concept to completion. He offers a complimentary site visit and consultation, and employs the latest design techniques using CAD (computer-aided design) software to ensure the bathroom fits precisely and looks stunning. He is ably assisted in this process by experienced fitting coordinator, Adam Layton.
Leonide Interiors has been described as a ‘One-stop-interior-design shop’. The displays include an eclectic selection of unusual and tasteful products including tiles, handmade kitchens and furniture, bathrooms, marble and stone fireplaces, chandeliers and much more. The friendly and professional team is always on hand to provide a bespoke, professional service which is unique in the area.
The tailor-made kitchens available at Leonide Interiors are crafted by talented carpenters, meaning that each item is made exactly to the customer’s design requirements. A number of different finishes are available – painted, sprayed, or oiled and waxed; designs can be chunky or rustic, traditional or contemporary. All kitchens are custom-made with fine attention to detail and meticulous precision.
Whether the kitchen is crafted from oak, ash, tulip or pine, all the accompanying accessories are manufactured in the workshop, including furniture, internal doors, skirting boards, window sills and shelves.
Paul is a marble, stone and travertine tiling specialist, who has developed an impressive portfolio of clients during the past 20 years. Whether it’s a 15 metre or 150 metre floor, or a small bathroom, he can cater for all requirements.
“Leonide’s prestigious and unique fireplaces are recognised all over the world and previous commissions include the King of Saudi Arabia’s London home and the palace of the King of Norway.”
Paul and his team design and carve all their own fire surrounds to individual tastes and requirements, taking in the features of the room to ensure the finished piece is a perfect fit for its surroundings.
The Chesterfield town-centre showroom is quirky, tasteful, innovative and refreshingly original. Alongside Keramag’s special sanitary ware products, which offer differing lighting options and flush control, is an imposing fibre-glass elephant; complementing stunning hand-crafted kitchen displays is an overcoat hand-carved out of the finest Carrara marble; and accompanying a hand-crafted real wood reception desk is a 1940s Wurlitzer juke box.
With ample, dedicated customer parking, the showroom is easily accessible. The atmosphere is relaxed and customers can browse in comfort at their leisure. There are no pushy sales people, just honest and knowledgeable advisors. The products are competitively-priced and every conceivable taste, requirement, preference and budget can be readily catered for.
