Paul Pearson, Director
Hi, my name is Paul, and I’m the Director of Leonide. I founded the business about ten years ago. Before that, I ran a fitting business, primarily focusing on tiling bathrooms, kitchens, and large-format floors. Over time, I was asked to supply more materials for people’s homes, and the business naturally evolved. My background as a sculptor has given me a sharp eye for detail—I began carving marble at the age of seven and continued full-time after school.
At Leonide, we uphold exceptional standards in every project, and I’m passionate about leading a team that shares the same enthusiasm for creativity and design.
Darrell Graffton, Interior Designer
I have always worked in and had a passion for design – previously I was a structural draughtsman, however, it was only since I joined Leonide and began working on bespoke interiors, that I have had the luxury of designing with such freedom, and endless possibility. Utilising an extensive range of products from top suppliers in the interior world, I’ve found that I can truly put my own spin and flair on people’s homes.
My favourite thing about working at Leonide is when a customer visits me in the showroom to view a design, and hearing them say “Wow, I never thought of it that way” or “I can’t believe that’s my bathroom”, it makes me feel good as I really try my best to take my customers ideas and make them reality. Even if a customer isn’t sure what they want, I will take time to get to know them, consider the style and features I think they’d like, and ways to enhance their daily lives. My favourite challenge is when a customer is making changes to a design in the showroom and I’m working against the clock to change the CAD as they speak, I’d like to say I’ve mastered this and would challenge anyone to CAD quicker 😉.
Outside of work, I’m big into the gym, boxing and looking after myself, but my true passion is chilling on a beach, in the sun, doing absolutely nothing.
Nabil Audie, Interior Designer
With a diverse background in Interior Design and Architecture, I am a multi-skilled designer who has worked on projects ranging from high-end residential spaces to mega-commercial installations. I bring knowledge in creating innovative and functional spaces that align with my clients’ visions. My expertise ranges from concept development to detailed design execution, utilizing industry-leading software. I have a strong background in residential projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, and full house designs, ensuring that every aspect meets the highest standards.
My professional journey has included roles in Architectural design consulting, project management, and hands-on interior design, allowing me to offer a comprehensive approach to each project. At Leonide Interiors, I work closely with clients to transform their ideas into beautifully crafted spaces, offering tailored advice on products, layouts, and materials while ensuring every project is delivered with a lot of creativity.
Lynsey, Office Admin & Accounts
I joined Leonide Interiors in January 2024, taking the plunge into Bathrooms and Kitchens after years in the Motor Trade auditing and travelling the UK and Europe. I trained in accountancy from leaving school. I like spending time with family and friends enjoying conversation and good food at pubs and restaurants around Derbyshire.
To unwind I like to spend time with my animals, having a horse and a dog no day is complete without a nice walk in the countryside.
