A large-scale kitchen with numerous design elements and characteristics to suit this residence. Starting with the knock-through from the current kitchen into the dining room, this vast space was created by combing two spaces together. With the removal of a chimney breast wall and dropping the already high 3m ceiling to create one area, which then saw the ceiling dropped once again to give a much cleaner aesthetic, to then finally be re-plastered and decorated.
The kitchen boasts a 4.5m long centre island which is wrapped in book-matched Calacatta marble quartz to elevate and intensify the slate-finished fronts. The feature ceiling created is dropped and built to the same length, housing an extractor and new feature lights. This amazing build was finished off with a row of tall units and workspace across the back wall, with slate black, large format floor tiles and matching skirting.
